Job Description We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be ambitious, ready to take on challenges, and eager to excel in the fast-paced real estate industry. You will be responsible for generating new leads, maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, and driving sales to achieve targets. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation: Identify and acquire new leads through various sources, including networking, cold calling, online platforms, and referrals. Channel Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to maximize sales opportunities. Sales & Negotiation: Pitch properties to potential buyers, conduct site visits, and negotiate deals to ensure successful closures. Client Handling: Understand client requirements and offer suitable property options while providing an excellent customer experience. Market Research: Stay updated with the latest market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies in Mumbais real estate sector. Documentation & Follow-Ups: Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and follow up with clients regularly to close deals efficiently. Work Ethics: Be willing to work long hours, especially on weekends and peak sales periods, to meet and exceed targets.
