Job Title: Personal Assistant to Founder (HR + Admin + Operations + Executive Support) Location: Initially Work from Home (Noida-based). Must be willing to relocate/travel to Kolkata or any where in india . Company: Admavic & Cennedy Candle Works Private Limited Job Type: Full-Time | Hybrid | Female Only Role Overview We are looking for a smart, well-groomed, well-maintained, and extroverted lady to take full charge of a high-responsibility role that blends HR management, administrative operations, client relationship handling, and personal assistance to the Founder. The candidate must be proactive, organized, resourceful, and capable of handling company and personal duties with absolute integrity and efficiency. You’ll be involved in every important aspect of the business – from client communication to internal operations to strategic execution and hiring. We have two Companies www.admavic.com & www.cennedy.com . and both companies are on process to shift from kolkata to noida . Key Responsibilities Founder Assistance & Company Management Provide day-to-day assistance to the Founder Travel with the Founder alone for more than weeks or months when required Support in managing all company-wide activities and decisions Spend personal time with the boss as and when required HR & Admin Operations End-to-end hiring & onboarding (online and offline) Employee engagement, attendance, and discipline management Maintain company policies and internal documentation Financial Record Management Maintain all financial transaction records Assist in coordinating with accountants for GST, TDS, and compliance-related tasks Operations & Office Setup Manage vendor coordination, logistics, and supply chain (for eCommerce) Lead hybrid-mode team formation and virtual office operations Help transition operations from Kolkata to Noida Client Communication & Representation Handle inbound and outbound client communications Represent the company in meetings, calls, and virtual demos Support in lead handling and pitching (especially in the digital and candle business verticals) Technical & Skill Requirements Excellent verbal & written English communication Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel WooCommerce / eCommerce platform experience is a must Basic working knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Blackbox, prompt generation, etc. Understanding of client onboarding, sales funnel Awareness of MCA21 portal, GST filings, and EXIM processes Who Should Apply An unmarried female, aged 27 to 35, who is non-vegetarian A person who can drive a 4-wheeler (added advantage) Someone who has experience in sales/client handling Must be ambitious, responsible, presentable, and committed Someone who is ready to travel when needed and work irregular hours A person who takes initiative, solves problems, and doesn’t wait for instructions Someone looking to grow with the company, not just work for it Compensation & Growth Competitive base salary (based on experience & fit) Monthly and quarterly performance bonuses Full job security based on value and contribution Long-term growth opportunities with direct mentorship from the founder Clear pathway to becoming a core management member Application Instructions Interested candidates must send the following: Updated CV 1-minute self-introduction video in English, explaining why you’re the right fit for this role.
