As a Female with a good personality and communication skills, your role will involve acting as the main point of contact between the manager and both internal and external clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Screening and directing phone calls - Distributing correspondence - Handling requests and queries appropriately - Managing the manager's diary and scheduling meetings and appointments - Making travel arrangements - Taking dictation - Sourcing office supplies - Producing reports, presentations, and briefs - Devising and maintaining the office filing system Qualifications required for this position include: - Bachelor's degree - Minimum of 2 years of total work experience - Proficiency in English language - Willingness to travel up to 50% This is a full-time position with benefits including internet reimbursement. The work location is in-person at Chandigarh, Chandigarh. You are required to reliably commute or plan to relocate before the expected start date on 10/09/2025.,
