Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant, based in Noida. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing executive calendars, arranging schedules, and providing clerical support. Daily responsibilities include handling correspondence, facilitating communication, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day operations. The individual will work closely with executives to support their decision-making and ensure optimal organization.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
• Proficiency in Diary Management and Clerical Skills
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field is preferred
