Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute performance testing strategies and test cases
• Analyze system performance and provide insights into performance bottlenecks
• Utilize performance testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or others to conduct load, stress, scalability, and endurance tests
• Collaborate with development teams to understand application architecture and pinpoint areas for improvement
• Prepare performance test reports that summarize findings, recommendations, and optimizations
• Continuously monitor application performance in production and pre-production environments
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure performance testing aligns with business goals and timelines
  

Requirements

Key Requirements:

• 5to 8years of experience in Performance Testing with a strong understanding of performance testing principles
• Proficiency in using performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or equivalent
• Strong analytical skills to analyze test results and make recommendations for improvements
• Experience with scripting and programming languages like Java, Python, or similar
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like New Relic or AppDynamics is a plus
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum team is preferred
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
