Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute performance testing plans to ensure application scalability and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify performance bottlenecks and optimize system resources.
Utilize tools like Load Runner, JMeter for load testing and performance analysis.
Analyze test results to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Develop reports on test findings and recommendations for process improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-8 years of experience in Performance Testing with expertise in Load Runner & JMeter.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
Experience working on Agile projects using Scrum framework.
Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data from various sources.
