Role & Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute performance tests
for web, API, and database layers using
Apache JMeter
.
Monitor system performance
and analyze results using tools like
New Relic
and other APM solutions.
Collaborate with
cross-functional teams
(Development, QA, DevOps) to identify performance bottlenecks and provide
actionable insights
.
Work effectively in an
Onsite/Offshore model
, ensuring clear communication and seamless collaboration.
Prepare and
present performance test results and recommendations
to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ensure performance testing covers
complex technology stacks
and meets scalability, reliability, and stability requirements.

Qualifications:

8+ years
of hands-on experience in
Performance Testing
.
5+ years
of strong proficiency in
JMeter
.
Expertise in
UI, API, and Database layer performance testing
.
Proven ability to
performance test complex technology stacks
.
Strong understanding of
performance monitoring tools
like
New Relic
.
Excellent
communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
.

Additional Requirements:

Willingness to
work until 11:30 PM IST
on a need basis to accommodate global team collaboration.
Immediate joiners
or candidates currently
serving notice period
preferred.
