Primary Responsibilities:

Key Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience in creating and executing test scripts using open source and commercial tools. Must be necessarily proficient in JMeter and Load Runner.
• Should have worked on execution of large scale engagements with JMeter, Load Runner
• Have knowledge/experience on Java and APM Tool will be an add on.
• Should have good knowledge of Core Java/ C and able to write basic programs/ functions
• Understanding of Software engineering and testing methodologies in the context of large scale enterprise systems.
• Understanding of performance testing of Cloud based application and testing using cloud tools
• Experience in testing high volume mobile, web and batch based transactional enterprise applications.
• Experience in setup and management of test environments on different platforms (Windows/ Unix).
• Experience in creating workload models and collecting performance requirements from the stake holders.
• Experience or knowledge of Chaos Engineering tools such as Gremlin, ChaosMonkey will be a good added advantage
• Good understanding of technical architecture and networking concepts.
• Should have worked in or have good understanding of Agile framework

Other requirements

• Experience in interfacing with the customers.
• Ability to analyze and articulately summarize performance testing reports for the different stake holders
• Exposure to Project/ Defect management tools like JIRA, Confluence, Teams, Slack etc.
• Ability to mentor development teams and guide them in resolving complex technical issues encountered during testing.
• Understanding of latest technologies and tools in the performance testing space and an ability to evaluate, select and propose tools and technologies to meet the requirements.
