Performance Test Architect

You have over 10 years of technical experience in Performance Test Strategizing and Engineering activities, with a preference for experience in the BFSI sector. You possess the ability to analyze system/application architecture to identify testing entry points that reduce project risk. As a Performance Test Architect, you provide technical leadership, training, and mentoring to the performance engineering team. Your expertise allows you to analyze technical architecture for potential issues and limitations, deriving performance engineering solutions based on customer requirements. You troubleshoot issues faced by project teams and provide innovative guidance and support in PoCs/PoVs. You author or review project-level test strategy/plan artifacts to implement performance testing objectives such as component/service level testing, service virtualization, user experience testing, and end-to-end performance testing. Your responsibilities extend to mitigating production performance issues effectively, demonstrating expert knowledge of Performance testing and Monitoring tools like Load Runner/Performance Center, HP Loadrunner Diagnostics/HP Sitescope. You bring experience in working with technologies like J2EE, AJAX, .NET, Oracle, Message Queues, and SOA. Your expertise includes test script development for performance testing and monitoring infrastructure components in high availability web systems using tools like Wily Introscope and dynaTrace. You also have experience with platforms such as Jboss, Websphere, and IIS, along with proficiency in XML, SOA, and Message Queues. Analyzing test results to identify issues and collaborating with architects and developers to drive improvements and issue resolution are part of your role. You discover thresholds and data impacts, making performance recommendations to stakeholders based on results and code identifications. Maintaining awareness of emerging technology trends and applying this knowledge to establish new and innovative technology solutions is a key aspect of your position. Preference is given to candidates with experience in working on mobility, Big Data, and cloud applications. Additionally, you should be willing to travel and work in different locations based on customer requirements.,
