Performance Test Architect

As a Performance Test Architect with 8-10 years of experience, your primary responsibilities will include: - Must have at least 5 years of experience in banking Performance Testing using JMeter for end-to-end testing. - Understanding of Software engineering and testing methodologies for large-scale enterprise systems. - Testing and optimizing high volume web and batch-based transactional enterprise applications. - Collecting and analyzing Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs), creating performance test strategy, defining workload models. - Hands-on experience in creating and executing test scripts using open source and commercial Performance Testing tools. - Proficiency in JMeter or Gatling, with a track record of executing at least 2 large scale engagements with Open Source Performance Testing tools. - Setting up and managing test environments on different platforms (Windows/Unix). - Good knowledge of JAVA, .NET, SQL & NO SQL performance tuning/optimization experience including garbage collection, heap management, JVM Configuration, V$ table, explain plan, query optimization, etc. - Strong programming experience in Java is preferable. - Performing capacity planning and collaborating with Technical Leadership to anticipate performance issues. - Understanding of technical architectures and networking concepts. - Working experience on Performance Testing on Cloud infrastructure. - Prior experience in the BFSI/NBFC industries. Other requirements for this role include: - Experience in interfacing with customers. - Analyzing and summarizing performance testing reports for different stakeholders. - Mentoring development teams and guiding them in resolving complex technical issues encountered during testing. - Understanding of the latest technologies and tools in the performance testing space and ability to evaluate, select, and propose tools and technologies. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Tolerance to ambiguities.,
