Role Overview

Senior Performance Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital channels.
• Analyze data to drive insights and improve campaign performance (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.).
• Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, audience segments, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams for ad copy, creatives, and landing page improvements.
• Monitor daily/weekly performance and prepare performance reports and dashboards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and competitive landscape.
• Identify and experiment with new growth channels and advertising strategies.

Requirements

• 1+ year of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid digital advertising.
• Strong working knowledge of platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Analytics.
• Excellent analytical skills and comfort with Excel/Google Sheets and data tools.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Good to Have

• Experience with remarketing, programmatic, or influencer-led performance campaigns.
• Certifications in Google Ads / Meta Ads / Analytics.
• Prior experience in a startup or travel/e-commerce domain.
