What you’ll be doing:

- Paid Ads

• Launching & managing

  Meta Ads

  (Instagram + Facebook)
• Running

  Google Ads

  (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
• Creating, testing, and optimizing campaigns to reduce CPL and increase ROAS
• Building custom audiences, retargeting visitors, and scaling best performers

- Analytics & Tracking

• Setting up and managing:

  Pixel, GA4, UTM tagging, conversion tracking

• Creating weekly dashboards: CPL, CTR, ROAS, CAC, conversions

• Learning what’s working (and what’s not) — then fixing it fast

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

• Optimizing website content and product pages for relevant skincare keywords
• Using tools like

  Google Search Console

  and

  basic SEO plugins

• Collaborating with content team to plan blogs, backlinks, and SEO-friendly copy

• Improving organic discoverability and helping us rank where it matters

What we’re looking for:

• 0–1 year experience with

  Meta Ads, Google Ads, or SEO

  (internship/freelance okay)
• Understanding of

  lead-gen funnels, audience targeting, keyword research

• Comfortable with basic tools:

  Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4

• Bonus if you've worked with D2C, beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brands
• A curious, test-it-till-it-works attitude (we love growth hackers with heart)
