What you’ll be doing:

• Editing

  Reels, YouTube videos, campaigns, BTS

  , and fun skincare content
• Designing

  brand graphics

  : social media posts, packaging previews, and whatever else looks pretty
• Creating content that fits

  our tone

  — fun, fresh, minimal, and unapologetically Blende
• Collaborating with the content team to brainstorm and bring creative madness to life
• Owning your craft — and experimenting as much as you want (really, go wild)

What we’re looking for:

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut + Photoshop, Illustrator (and bonus if you dabble in After Effects)
• An

  eye for aesthetics

  – think colors, typography, transitions, and on-trend vibes
• A portfolio that makes us say “cool, we need this energy”
• Someone who’s organised, passionate, curious, and slightly obsessed with good visuals
• Bonus if you’ve worked with

  beauty, fashion, lifestyle

  brands before — or at least love the space
