What you’ll be doing:

• Editing Reels, YouTube videos,fun skincare content, campaign films & BTS content
• Designing for social (IG, ads), packaging previews & more
• Working with our creative team to turn ideas into fun, fresh, minimal, and unapologetically Blende
• Collaborating with the content team to brainstorm and bring creative madness to life
• Owning your edits + experimenting (please, go wild. We love wild.)

What we’re looking for:

• You’ve got skills in Premiere Pro / Final Cut, Photoshop, Illustrator (bonus points for After Effects)
• Your vibe = aesthetic. You see transitions, colors, typefaces like they’re people.
• Portfolio? Yes please. Show us what you’ve done. We want to feel your energy.
• You're organized, curious, and maybe a little obsessed with cool visuals.
• Extra gold stars if you've worked in beauty/lifestyle/fashion or have that taste built-in.
• You know how branding works, and you can think like a creative, not just execute.
