About the Role: We are looking for a data-driven, creative, and growth-focused Media Buyer with 1–2 years of experience in managing paid campaigns across multiple platforms. You will own planning, execution, and optimisation across channels like Meta, Google, Amazon, WhatsApp, Email, and Automation tools to deliver measurable results for our clients. You’ll go beyond just managing KPIs—getting involved in strategy, creative, automation, and client discussions to deliver full-funnel marketing excellence. What will you do: Campaign Strategy & Execution : Plan, launch, and optimise high-performance campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, Amazon Ads, WhatsApp, Email, and other relevant platforms. Budget Management : Allocate and optimise budgets to deliver maximum ROI and hit client KPIs. Performance Analysis : Monitor, interpret, and report on key metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and funnel stages. Audience & Funnel Management : Build, segment, and refine audiences, manage full-funnel strategies from awareness to conversion. A/B Testing & Optimisation : Run experiments on creative, audiences, landing pages, automation workflows to drive continuous improvement. Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with strategy, creative, copywriting, and client servicing teams to deliver holistic marketing strategies. Automation & Integration : Design and optimise marketing automation workflows using tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Zapier, HubSpot, etc. Client Communication : Participate in client calls, presentations, and strategy sessions. Innovation & Learning : Stay on top of industry trends, new ad formats, platform updates, and emerging tools to keep Ad Insight at the cutting edge. What are we looking for? Must haves: 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, etc. Familiarity with WhatsApp and Email Marketing campaigns , and marketing Automation tools . Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions. Proven understanding of conversion funnels, attribution, and key performance metrics. Collaborative mindset with a willingness to engage in strategy, creative planning, and client communication. A learner’s mindset—curious, experimental, always eager to test new ideas and grow. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Good to have: Experience with automation platforms like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Zapier, n8n, etc. Exposure to D2C, B2B, Hospitality and other industry marketing strategies. Familiarity with landing page CRO, SEO basics, or website analytics tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio.
