Performance Specialist (Healthcare)

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Performance Campaign Executive/Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive measurable results. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels (e.g., search, display, social media, email). 

· Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, ROI) to ensure campaigns meet objectives. 

· Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns by adjusting targeting, creative elements, and bidding strategies based on performance data. 

· Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement. 

· Budget Management: Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI. 

· A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on different campaign elements (e.g., ads, landing pages) to determine the most effective strategies. 

· Trend Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in performance marketing. 

· Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and marketing, to ensure cohesive campaign execution. 

· Compliance: Ensure all campaigns comply with legal and ethical standards, including data privacy regulations. 

Experience:

· 3+ years of experience in healthcare or related industries in campaign monitoring, executing, optimisation, and managing. 

Eligible Skills and Platforms:

· Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and marketing tools to drive campaign success. 

· Experience with LinkedIn Ads and native ads such as Taboola and Adgebra is an added advantage. 

· Must have experience with programmatic ads and e-commerce ads.
