Performance Marketing

As a Performance Marketer at Story Digital, you will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. Your primary responsibility will be to drive growth and achieve measurable ROI for our clients through well-planned and optimized campaigns. Your key responsibilities will include planning, executing, and optimizing performance campaigns across Meta & Google platforms. You will be expected to develop campaign strategies that are in line with client KPIs such as leads, sales, traffic, and ROAS. Implementing A/B tests on creatives, ad sets, targeting, and landing pages will be a regular part of your tasks. Analyzing campaign data to enhance performance and providing actionable insights will be crucial for success. You will also manage budget allocation, bid management, and campaign pacing while collaborating closely with creative & strategy teams to ensure ads align with brand voice. Additionally, regular reporting and client communication will be essential aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience working with Meta Ads & Google Ads. A strong understanding of digital metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS is required. Possessing Google Ads and Meta certifications would be advantageous. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio is preferred. The ability to handle multiple brands and industries simultaneously, along with excellent communication and presentation skills, is essential for this role.
