Job Description


We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist with at least 2 years of experience in PPC advertising, especially Google Ads. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing ad accounts, optimizing campaign performance, conducting client meetings, and supporting a small performance team. This role requires strong analytical skills, communication abilities, and a results-driven mindset focused purely on paid marketing.


Key Responsibilities:


Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, and Performance Max).

Perform keyword research, ad group structuring, bidding strategy, and audience targeting.

Monitor daily performance metrics and optimize campaigns to meet performance goals (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.).

Prepare campaign reports and deliver performance updates during client meetings.

Coordinate with creative/content teams to ensure timely delivery of ad assets.

Collaborate with team members, delegate tasks, and monitor the performance of junior PPC executives or interns.

Handle client communication, understand campaign goals, and provide data-driven recommendations.

Maintain accurate documentation of campaign setup, changes, and optimizations.

Key Requirements:


Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads/PPC campaigns.

Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.

Strong understanding of paid media metrics and optimization techniques.

Ability to create and present campaign performance reports to internal and external stakeholders.

Strong communication skills and confidence in handling client-facing roles.

Experience in guiding or supervising team members is preferred.

Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.


Preferred Skills (Bonus):


Google Ads Certification is a strong advantage.

Familiarity with reporting tools like Looker Studio or Supermetrics.

Experience with landing page A/B testing and funnel optimization (non-SEO based).

Job Type: Full-time


Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
