About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with proven expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, and YouTube). The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of paid digital marketing strategy, campaign execution, and performance optimization across multiple channels.

This role requires a data-oriented mindset, a deep understanding of ad platforms, and the ability to translate performance metrics into actionable strategies. Familiarity with SEO principles and how paid search integrates with organic visibility is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.
  • Conduct in-depth performance analysis, including tracking ROI, CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversion rates.
  • Implement A/B testing frameworks to improve ad creatives, targeting, and landing page experiences.
  • Manage pixel and tracking setups using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel.
  • Work cross-functionally with content and design teams to ensure landing pages align with both SEO and conversion objectives.
  • Stay current with industry trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Produce detailed performance reports and dashboards to guide data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads, preferably in an in-house or agency environment.
  • Strong knowledge of campaign structures, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Tag Manager, and UTM parameter tracking.
  • Understanding of landing page optimization and how on-page SEO impacts ad performance and quality score.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data into strategic insights.
  • Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing campaigns for eCommerce, consumer tech, or direct-to-consumer brands.
  • Familiarity with Performance Max campaigns, Dynamic Product Ads, or YouTube Ads.
  • Working knowledge of basic SEO principles and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
