optimize on-field workforce performance in real-time. We are now looking for a hands-on Paid

Marketing Specialist who can scale our customer acquisition through Google Ads, LinkedIn

Ads, and Meta Ads.


Role Overview


We are seeking a performance-driven marketer with proven expertise in running and

optimizing paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta. This role is fully

execution-focused — you will directly manage ad accounts, optimize budgets, track CPL/ROI,

and continuously experiment to drive high-quality leads for our sales funnel.


Key Responsibilities


1. Google Ads Campaigns

  • Plan, launch, and manage Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns.
  • Perform in-depth keyword research and competitor benchmarking.
  • Optimize bids, ad copies, extensions, and landing pages to achieve CPL targets.


2. LinkedIn Ads Campaigns

  • Set up and run lead generation and sponsored content campaigns.
  • Define targeting by industry, job title, seniority, and company size.
  • Optimize creatives, audience segments, and retargeting flows for maximum
  • impact.


3. Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads

  • Plan and execute campaigns for brand awareness and remarketing.
  • Build custom and lookalike audiences to retarget demo visitors and drop-offs.
  • Test ad formats (carousel, video, single image) to identify what drives conversions.


4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track daily/weekly performance: impressions, clicks, CPL, CAC, conversion rate.
  • Implement UTM tracking and integrate campaign data with CRM.
  • Prepare clear dashboards and insights for leadership review.


5. Optimization & Experimentation

  • Continuously A/B test creatives, CTAs, and landing page variations.
  • Reallocate budget dynamically across platforms/regions based on ROI.
  • Explore new ad formats and beta features to stay ahead of competitors.


Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience running Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
  • Proven track record of delivering B2B SaaS leads with clear CPL/CAC benchmarks.
  • Strong knowledge of keyword research, bidding strategies, and ad optimization.
  • Experience with lead gen campaigns targeting decision-makers (CXOs, Sales, Ops, HR).
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make quick optimizations.


Good to Have

  • Experience managing multi-geo campaigns (India + SEA + Africa).
  • Familiarity with retargeting strategies and account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Basic knowledge of landing page optimization tools (Unbounce, HubSpot, etc.).
