What you’ll be responsible for:

• Paid Ads:

• End-to-end responsibility for platform-appropriate campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, UAC — whatever fits the outcome).

• Targeting + Optimization:

• Build sharp audiences, test relentlessly, track performance, and scale what works.

• SEO & Organic Boosting:

• Ensure MyPortly shows up where it matters — and stays there.

• Performance Insights:

• Collaborate with the creative/marketing team to decode what content is working, what’s not, and what needs a refresh.

• Research & Trend Scouting:

• Stay updated on industry benchmarks, fintech + investment behaviour, ad trends, consumer insights, and competitor strategies.

• Experimentation:

• Constantly run A/B tests, funnels, budget experiments, landing page variations, and more.

• Reporting:

• Clear, structured performance breakdowns with actionable next steps.

What You Should Already Be Great At:

• Running paid campaigns across Meta/Google (must).
• Strong understanding of funnels, CAC/LTV, attribution, retargeting, and scaling ads sustainably.
• Keyword research, SEO basics, and growth-friendly content cues.

This is an early-stage fintech startup role. Responsibilities, team structure, and compensation can be discussed and shaped together. You’ll be part of building the founding growth team — and helping build the team you need.
