As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, launching, and scaling high-converting ad campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms. Your key responsibilities will include: - Planning, launching, and scaling performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). - Owning the entire campaign lifecycle from strategy and audience research to execution and optimization. - Conducting deep keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive benchmarking to maximize campaign reach and efficiency. - Writing conversion-focused ad copy and collaborating with designers to deliver thumb-stopping creatives. - Tracking, analyzing, and optimizing key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS. - Setting up and managing conversion tracking, including GTM, Meta Pixel, custom events, and GA4 goals. - Executing A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to fuel continuous improvement. - Staying ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends. - Collaborating across teams (design, content, SEO, development) to align performance marketing with broader business goals. Qualifications required for this role include: - 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. - Strong command over campaign optimization, audience targeting, and bid strategy. - Certification in Google Ads (Search/Display/Video) and Meta Blueprint is a plus. - Proficiency in Google Analytics, GTM, Meta Events Manager, Looker Studio, or similar analytics tools. - Experience with eCommerce, lead generation, or service-based campaigns. The job type is full-time with a morning shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have a total of 3 years of experience, with at least 2 years specifically in Meta ads. Please note that the work location for this position is in person.
