Performance Marketing Specialist

We’re expanding our team at Elephant in the Boardroom and are on the lookout for a Performance Marketing Specialist with a strong background in Google Search Ads. This is a hands-on, strategic role where you’ll work with high-value international clients, primarily based in Australia, and manage large-scale campaigns with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and continuously optimize Google Search campaigns end-to-end
• Build and refine keyword strategies, bidding techniques (Manual CPC, Target CPA, ROAS), and ensure accurate conversion tracking
• Analyze campaign performance, troubleshoot underperformance, and run A/B experiments to improve ROI
• Collaborate closely with creative, analytics, and technical teams across India, Australia, and the Philippines
• Stay updated on platform updates, trends, and competitor strategies to recommend proactive improvements

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing monthly budgets of ₹1 Cr+ / $25K+
• Strong expertise in match types, negative keyword strategies, GA4, and GTM
• 3–5 years of hands-on Google Ads management experience (manual execution, not reliant on third-party automation tools)
• Industry exposure in e-commerce, automotive, finance, or healthcare will be an added advantage
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
