Performance Marketing Specialist - Denzour Nutrition

At Denzour Nutrition, one of India’s fastest-growing sports nutrition brands, we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can take our paid campaigns to the next level and drive measurable growth. If you’re passionate about Google Ads, Meta Ads management, data-driven strategies, and scaling ROI, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube Ads to maximize ROI.

Develop growth-focused strategies that deliver brand growth of 100%+ YoY, higher revenue, and improved customer acquisition.

Reduce ACoC while ensuring ROI improves 4x through continuous testing and optimization.

Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and messaging to improve conversion rates across all campaigns.

Launch and scale ads for new product categories and product segments with targeted strategies.

Continuously analyze performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and share actionable insights for business decisions.

Collaborate with creative/content teams to design high-performing ad assets.

Stay updated on platform algorithms, policies, and industry trends to keep campaigns compliant and competitive.

Requirements:

5–7 years of proven experience in performance marketing.

Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads management, and YouTube Ads (certifications preferred).

Proven success in driving measurable sales growth, reducing acquisition costs, and optimizing campaigns for higher ROI and conversions.

Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Google Analytics and tracking tools.

Experience in e-commerce, D2C, nutrition, or fitness industry will be a strong plus.
