Performance Marketer (Meta & Google Ads Expert)

BlueOwl Media is a creative marketing and video production agency helping brands grow through data-driven marketing and content. We’re looking for a skilled Performance Marketer to join our team and manage paid campaigns that deliver real ROI.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and Google Ads
• Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust strategy to improve ROI
• Research audience behavior and competitor strategies
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to align ad visuals & messaging
• Track conversions and set up pixel, event, and analytics tracking
• Prepare performance reports and insights for clients

Requirements:

✅ 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing ad campaigns on Meta & Google
✅ Strong understanding of audience targeting, A/B testing, and ad optimization✅ Experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics
✅ Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actions✅ Basic knowledge of landing pages, funnels, and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)

Bonus Skills:

⭐ Knowledge of Shopify / E-commerce campaign management
⭐ Experience with remarketing and lead generation campaigns⭐ Understanding of email & WhatsApp automation tools (like Interakt, Klaviyo, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
