PPC campaigns

, analyzing performance metrics, running

A/B tests

, and improving

conversion rates

across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize

    PPC campaigns

    across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze

    key performance indicators (KPIs)

    to assess campaign performance and ROI.
  • Design and execute

    A/B tests

    to evaluate ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
  • Perform in-depth

    ROI analysis

    to ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
  • Identify opportunities for

    conversion rate optimization (CRO)

    on landing pages and funnel stages.
  • Collaborate with the creative, content, and tech teams to align messaging, visuals, and landing page UX.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform algorithm changes, digital trends, and new ad formats.
  • Prepare detailed campaign reports and actionable insights for stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6 8 years of hands-on experience in

    performance marketing, paid media buying

    , or similar roles.
  • Proven track record of managing high-budget ad campaigns with measurable results.
  • Deep knowledge of

    Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager

    , etc.
  • Expertise in

    data analysis

    , tracking setups, attribution models, and KPI reporting.
  • Strong understanding of

    audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and funnel optimization

    .
  • Proficiency in running

    A/B and multivariate testing

    for performance improvements.
  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related fields.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with

    programmatic advertising

    affiliate marketing

    retargeting strategies

  • Familiarity with tools like

    SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hotjar, Mixpanel, or HubSpot

  • Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or real estate performance marketing is a plus.
  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are an added advantage.
