Job Role: Strategize, set up, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta and Google Ads Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, conversions, etc.) Conduct A/B testing to identify best-performing creatives and copy Create custom reports and insights to improve performance Work across eCommerce, lead generation, or brand awareness campaigns Requirements: Total experience in performance marketing (in years/months) Platforms mastered: Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, etc.) Mention specific industry segments you’ve worked in (e.g., fashion, health, education, real estate, etc.) Meta Ads: What is your average ROAS across campaigns? What’s the maximum monthly budget you’ve handled?
