About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
• Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Manage budget allocation efficiently to maximize returns from limited ad spends.
• Work on SEO strategies, including on-page and off-page optimization, to improve organic rankings.
• Provide insights and suggest optimizations for ad creatives (images, videos, ad copy) to improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Create reports and dashboards to track KPIs and provide actionable insights.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, ad policies, and platform updates.

Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of hands-on experience in running and optimizing Google Ads & Meta Ads.
• Proven ability to manage small budgets while maximizing performance.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
• Proficiency in SEO, including keyword research, on-page & off-page optimization.
• Experience with conversion tracking, retargeting strategies, and audience segmentation.
• Ability to analyze ad creatives and suggest optimizations for better engagement and performance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
