-Manage & optimize Google Search, Display, PMax, YouTube
-Run high-ROI Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
-Execute & scale Native Ads: Taboola, MGID, RevContent, TrafficStars, ExoClick
-Create & test landing pages, funnels & creative
-Daily monitoring of CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC & conversions
-Handle ad budgets of ₹50k – ₹3L/day
-Improve quality of leads & drive revenue growth
-Report performance insights to management
3–7 yrs experience in performance marketing
Strong knowledge of Meta, Google & Native networks (Mandatory)
Experience in high-volume D2C/eCommerce campaigns
Good understanding of pixels, tracking, GTM, UTMs
Strong analytical & Excel skills
Experience with adult/native traffic (TrafficStars/ExoClick) is a plus
