Job Description

CTC - 15 Lpa Exp - 5+ years Mandatory - 15 Lakhs Per months Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Key Responsibilities  Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram (Meta Ads) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping).  Develop, test, and scale lead generation and retargeting campaigns for both awareness and conversion.  Monitor performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA) and optimize campaigns for ROI.  Create ad copies, work with the design team for visuals, and run A/B tests for creatives and audiences.  Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to drive campaign performance.  Track daily performance and generate weekly/monthly performance reports.  Ensure ad compliance with Meta and Google policies.  Collaborate with internal sales and design teams to align campaigns with business goals. 8770594707 shivansh@white-force.in Show more Show less
