Job Description

As a Performance Marketing Manager at Kyari, you will contribute to revenue growth by creating and executing effective performance marketing strategies. Your role will involve managing campaigns across Meta and Google platforms, monitoring key performance indicators, and optimizing budgets. Additionally, you will lead a team, provide guidance, and communicate with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement performance marketing strategies and campaigns on Meta and Google platforms - Plan content creation aligned with revenue targets and budget allocations - Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sessions, CTR, conversion rate, CPC, ROAS, and budget management - Focus on revenue growth, optimize conversion rates, manage budgets, analyze campaign performance, and refine audience targeting - Provide leadership and guidance to the performance marketing team - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align strategies and goals - Implement A/B testing strategies to improve ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign performance - Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copies, visuals, and landing page experiences - Manage budgets, bids, and campaign pacing for cost-efficiency and ROI maximization - Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting for campaign optimization Required Qualifications: - 5 years of experience in performance marketing - Content planning skills - Analytical mindset - Basic understanding of marketing fundamentals - Understanding of branding principles - Minimum 3 years of D2C experience as a manager - Experience managing monthly spends of 70 lacs - 1 CR on META - Expertise in META and Google Ads - Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities - Proficiency in performance marketing platforms and analytics tools - Excellent analytical skills translating data into actionable insights - Creative mindset for developing innovative marketing campaigns Please note that the Key Performance Indicators for this role include ROAS, CPA, Conversion Rate, CTR, AOV, ROI by Channel, Website Traffic, and Revenue through Acquisition.,
