New Product Development Executive

As a member of the fastest growing and leading D2C brand based in Indore, you will play a crucial role in managing multiple assignments to meet project deadlines effectively. Utilizing various research methods and tools, including market intelligence and data analytics platforms, you will define the product vision, objectives, value propositions, and roadmap based on customer needs and industry insights. Your responsibilities will include analyzing user behavior, engagement metrics, and data to inform strategic product decisions, as well as coordinating with manufacturing and supply chain teams to ensure timely production and delivery of products. Collaboration with marketing, sales, and sourcing teams will be essential for the timely delivery of product features. You will be expected to define problem space and determine product requirements and value propositions, manage SKUs for accurate product listings and inventory management, and analyze product performance metrics to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement. Key performance indicators for this role will include Product Performance Analysis, Manufacturing and Delivery Timeliness, Project Deadline Adherence, User Engagement Metrics, Competitive Analysis, and ROI. Desired skill sets for this position include Innovative Thinking, Attention to Detail, Communication Skills, Agile Experience, and a Hands-on Approach. A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, along with 2-3 years of experience in product management or a related role, preferably in the D2C industry, are required.
