New Product Development Executive

As an NPD Executive at our company in Pune, your role will involve supporting the development and launch of new products. You will be responsible for assisting in the end-to-end product development process, ensuring alignment with brand standards and market trends. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supporting the ideation and conceptualization of new products based on market research and consumer insights. - Assisting in creating product briefs, specifications, and development timelines. - Coordinating with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure smooth product development. - Conducting competitor analysis and tracking industry trends to identify new opportunities. - Assisting in product testing, quality checks, and packaging development. - Maintaining documentation of product development processes and reports. - Collaborating with marketing and sales teams for successful product launches. - Monitoring post-launch performance and gathering feedback for product improvement.
