Role Overview

Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Paid & Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and affiliate networks.


  • Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to maximize ROI.


  • Run A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and funnel stages.


  • Monitor key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversions.


  • Implement attribution tracking, remarketing, and event-based campaigns.


  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop impactful ad copies and visuals.


SEO & Organic Growth

  • Conduct keyword research and create SEO-focused strategies for content and website optimization.


  • Improve on-page elements including titles, metadata, content, and internal linking.


  • Manage technical SEO: site audits, speed optimization, crawl issues, and indexing.


  • Build high-quality backlinks and manage outreach campaigns.


  • Track and report SEO performance with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.


  • Align SEO strategies with paid campaigns for an integrated growth approach.


Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign performance across paid and organic channels.


  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.


  • Suggest growth experiments and scaling strategies based on data.


Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of

    Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads

    .


  • Expertise in

    SEO (on-page, off-page, technical)

    with proven track record.


  • Understanding of

    marketing funnels, attribution models, CAC, ROAS, and LTV

    .


  • Proficiency in tools like

    Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console.


  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets and reporting dashboard skills.


  • Analytical, data-driven, and detail-oriented mindset.


  • Creative problem solver with ability to scale campaigns across channels.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or IT.


  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience

    across Paid Marketing, SEO, and Performance Marketing.


  • Google Ads, Meta Ads, or SEO certifications are a plus.


  • Proven ability to manage both paid and organic growth strategies.
