Performance Marketing Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager who can handle end-to-end digital growth for our clients. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with WordPress website development, Google Ads campaign management, SEO, and Google My Business (GMB) optimization. You will be responsible for driving traffic, leads, and conversions through data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities (Daily Work)

• Develop, manage, and maintain WordPress websites (landing pages, speed optimization, basic UI/UX, plugins, updates).
• Plan, create, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, and Local campaigns).
• Perform keyword research, ad copywriting, A/B testing, and conversion tracking.
• Monitor daily ad performance, budgets, ROAS, CPL, and generate performance reports.
• Execute SEO strategies for client websites:
• On-page SEO (content optimization, meta tags, internal linking)
• Technical SEO (site speed, mobile optimization, schema basics)
• Off-page SEO (basic link-building strategies)
• Handle complete Google My Business (GMB) optimization:
• Profile setup & verification
• Regular posts, updates, photos
• Local SEO optimization and review management
• Track website and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
• Coordinate with design and content teams to improve campaign performance.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, Google Ads, and SEO algorithms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or Digital Marketing Manager
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads & conversion optimization
• Hands-on experience with WordPress development
• Solid understanding of SEO & Local SEO
• Experience managing GMB profiles for multiple clients
• Proficiency in Google tools (Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager)
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
