Job Summary We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager who can handle end-to-end digital growth for our clients. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with WordPress website development, Google Ads campaign management, SEO, and Google My Business (GMB) optimization . You will be responsible for driving traffic, leads, and conversions through data-driven marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities (Daily Work) Develop, manage, and maintain WordPress websites (landing pages, speed optimization, basic UI/UX, plugins, updates). Plan, create, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, and Local campaigns). Perform keyword research, ad copywriting, A/B testing , and conversion tracking. Monitor daily ad performance, budgets, ROAS, CPL, and generate performance reports. Execute SEO strategies for client websites: On-page SEO (content optimization, meta tags, internal linking) Technical SEO (site speed, mobile optimization, schema basics) Off-page SEO (basic link-building strategies) Handle complete Google My Business (GMB) optimization : Profile setup & verification Regular posts, updates, photos Local SEO optimization and review management Track website and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager . Coordinate with design and content teams to improve campaign performance. Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, Google Ads, and SEO algorithms. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or Digital Marketing Manager Strong knowledge of Google Ads & conversion optimization Hands-on experience with WordPress development Solid understanding of SEO & Local SEO Experience managing GMB profiles for multiple clients Proficiency in Google tools (Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager) Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year Benefits: Work from home Work Location: Remote
