(www.rawnrare.com) About the Role We’re looking for a highly motivated and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager who can take full ownership of our paid growth engine. You’ll manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and more — with the singular goal of driving traffic, conversions, and MoM scale. This is a high-impact role designed for someone who thrives in startup environments, loves experimenting, and can build scalable performance funnels. Responsibilities Plan, manage and scale performance campaigns across Meta, Google, and relevant D2C platforms Build full-funnel ad structures with clear CAC/ROAS targets Work with creative & content teams to develop high-performing ad assets Handle significant ad budgets with a focus on efficiency and 3x growth potential Monitor performance daily and constantly optimize campaigns based on data Drive a strong test-and-learn culture for creatives, targeting and messaging Contribute strategic ideas for launches, offers, and scaling campaigns Who You Are 1–3 years of experience in D2C performance marketing Hands-on with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads etc. Has handled monthly ad budgets of ₹5L or more Obsessed with numbers, CAC, ROAS, and A/B testing Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Curious, self-motivated, and excited by the idea of building something bold Bonus if you’ve scaled campaigns from scratch or worked with fashion/lifestyle brands Compensation Fixed CTC: ₹3.6 LPA Performance-based variable component (linked to scale & campaign outcomes) How to Apply Please send your application to founder@rawnrare.com and sagar@rawnrare.com with the following: Your resume Proof of work (case studies, ad accounts managed, results, ROAS etc.) A short note on how you’d approach performance marketing for a D2C fashion brand Any relevant links to your previous campaigns, dashboards, or reports We’re not looking for generic applications — we’re looking for someone who’s ready to take ownership, hustle, and grow alongside the brand.
