Role Description

The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid media campaigns and social media marketing strategies. This is a full-time role, requiring daily tasks such as developing and executing marketing strategies, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring alignment with clients' business objectives. Other duties include budget management, audience targeting, and collaborating with other marketing teams to enhance performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Paid Media Marketing, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Expertise in Social Media Marketing and developing social media strategies
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing Analytics and tools like Google Analytics
• Strong skills in data analysis and performance reporting
• Excellent communication and project management abilities
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in Account Management and client relations
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
