Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Performance Marketing Manager, located in Guwahati with some work from home flexibility. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Day-to-day tasks include creating ad content, managing paid search, display, and social media advertising, analyzing campaign performance, and working closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Qualifications

• Digital Marketing, Paid Search, Display Advertising, and Social Media Advertising skills
• Strong analytical skills with experience in performance measurement and optimization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in campaign management and cross-functional team collaboration
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Experience in the food or FMCG industry is a plus
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms
• Proficiency in canva or other creative designing tools
