Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Performance Marketing Manager. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across various channels. Day-to-day tasks include managing paid search, social media advertising, display advertising, and affiliate marketing. The role also involves analyzing campaign performance, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions to improve ROI.

Qualifications

• Experience in online marketing campaigns, including paid search, social media advertising, and display advertising
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Knowledge of affiliate marketing and the ability to manage partnerships
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising tools
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
