Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Performance Marketing Manager. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing paid digital marketing campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring and optimizing ad performance, conducting market research, analyzing data, and reporting on campaign effectiveness. The role also involves collaborating with the creative and content teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience with digital marketing channels including social media, search engine marketing (SEM), and display advertising
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and campaign optimization
• Proficiency in marketing tools and software such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns
• Knowledge of current marketing trends and best practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
