Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other performance channels.
• Create data-driven marketing strategies to maximize ROI and meet KPIs.
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve creatives, targeting, and landing pages.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and algorithm updates.
• Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams for seamless campaign execution.
• Drive measurable business growth through performance marketing initiatives.

Key Requirements/Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (agency experience preferred).
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other PPC platforms.
• Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.).
• Excellent understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and campaign optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver results under deadlines.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.
