About the Role We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with at least 5 years of proven experience in running and scaling digital ad campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep expertise in Meta and Google Ads, with strong analytical skills to optimize ROI and drive measurable growth. Prior experience in fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
  • Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and bid strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Continuously test creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding methods. Analytics & Optimization Monitor campaign performance daily and provide actionable insights.
  • Track and report on KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates. Use data-driven insights to optimize full-funnel performance.
  • Attribution & Tracking Implement robust tracking, attribution, and pixel setups across platforms.
  • Work closely with analytics/tech teams to ensure accurate data flow.
  • Cross-Channel Synergy Collaborate with content, growth, and design teams to align ad creatives with brand goals.
  • Explore emerging ad platforms to diversify performance channels. Innovation & Scaling Stay updated on platform changes, new ad formats, and industry best practices.
  • Drive experiments to identify scalable acquisition strategies.
  • Regularly report on campaign performance and recommend actionable improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing high-performance campaigns.
  • Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube). Strong understanding of tracking, attribution models, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, GA4, Looker, etc.).
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and translate insights into actionable strategy. Experience with fashion/retail/lifestyle brands (preferred).
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Bonus if you have Ownership of multi-million-dollar media budgets.
