We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with at least 5 years of proven experience in running and scaling digital ad campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep expertise in Meta and Google Ads, with strong analytical skills to optimize ROI and drive measurable growth. Prior experience in fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands is a strong plus.
· Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and bid strategies to maximize ROI.
· Continuously test creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding methods.
· Monitor campaign performance daily and provide actionable insights.
· Track and report on KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
· Use data-driven insights to optimize full-funnel performance.
· Work closely with analytics/tech teams to ensure accurate data flow.
· Collaborate with content, growth, and design teams to align ad creatives with brand goals.
· Explore emerging ad platforms to diversify performance channels.
· Stay updated on platform changes, new ad formats, and industry best practices.
· Drive experiments to identify scalable acquisition strategies.
· Regularly report on campaign performance and recommend actionable improvements.
· Ability to analyze large datasets and translate insights into actionable strategy.
· Strong project management and communication skills.
· Ownership of multi-million-dollar media budgets.
