Social Media Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead the execution of our cross-platform digital presence. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing and optimizing performance across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, and Google platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize daily social media posts and campaigns across all major platforms (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, Google, LinkedIn).
• Develop and manage content calendars, working with designers and video editors and agencies to ensure brand consistency and relevance.
• Analyze audience insights, campaign performance, and platform trends to drive engagement and ROI.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and performance teams to align organic and paid strategies.
• Lead influencer collaborations and user-generated content (UGC) initiatives.
• Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, ad formats, and best practices to keep the brand ahead.

Qualification/Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in managing social media

  for D2C or consumer brands.
• Deep knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Google Campaign Manager. Understanding of TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads, YouTube Studio is a plus.

• Strong understanding of performance analytics and KPIs

  — CTR, CPM, ROAS, engagement rate, etc.
• Experience working with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console or similar etc.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Bonus if you have

• Experience working with watch, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
• Background in performance marketing or paid ad media buying.
• Knowledge of SEO and YouTube optimization techniques.
