About the Role

Performance Marketing Manager

You’ll work closely with the creative and strategy teams to deliver high-performing campaigns for multiple clients across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize

    paid campaigns

    across

    Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)

    and

    Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

    .
  • Manage

    daily budgets

    , analyze performance metrics, and ensure efficient spend utilization.
  • Conduct

    A/B testing

    on creatives, ad copy, and audiences to improve ROI.
  • Track and report campaign performance using

    Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other analytics tools

    .
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
  • Identify growth opportunities through

    data-driven insights

    and continuous optimization.
  • Stay updated with

    latest trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes

    on Meta and Google Ads.

Must-Have Requirements

  • Minimum

    2 years of hands-on experience

    managing campaigns on

    Google Ads and Meta Ads.

    (Agency Experience Preferred)
  • Strong understanding of

    performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPA, CPC)

    and

    conversion tracking

    .
  • Experience with

    campaign structuring, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies

    .
  • Proficiency in

    Google Analytics (GA4)

    , Meta Business Manager, and ad tracking tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Immediate joiner

  • Experience with
