Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Manager to develop, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across various digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, expertise in paid media, and a proven track record of driving conversions and ROI.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and affiliate networks.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics like CPC, CPA, CPL, and ROI to optimize campaign performance.
  • Develop strategies to increase lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales.
  • Manage budgets to ensure efficient spend and maximize outcomes.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to produce high-impact campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging performance marketing tools and channels.
  • Provide regular campaign performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience of 3+ years in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving mindset.


Preferred:

  • Experience with affiliate marketing, programmatic advertising, and marketing automation tools.
  • Certification in Google Ads or similar digital marketing courses.
