Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Manager (Digital Marketing) at CapitalNow.in in Hyderabad. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, tracking and analyzing performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities, and developing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives and ensure brand consistency. You also have to work closely with the brand marketing and local marketing teams, Identify and react to current and future digital trends, Create and implement innovative multi-channel acquisition strategies & campaigns via strong collaboration with product, sales, and technical teams, You will manage and lead the teams across Performance, and Display advertising.

Qualifications

• Outstanding creativity, data-driven and ability to think outside the box
• A passion to succeed and deliver outstanding results
• Data enthusiast with very competent numerical & analytical skills
• At least 2 years of progressive experience in digital marketing and prior experience in managing large marketing spends
• A dynamic leader with a proven track record of leading organizations through significant change and growth with excellent stakeholder management skills
• Strong background in multichannel / Digital marketing including CRM, social, and website
• Solid knowledge of web analytics, Google AdWords, and other platforms
• Need to have hands of experience in advertising tech stacks, ad networks, and personalization at scale
