Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketing Manager located in Bengaluru. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and sales. Day-to-day tasks include managing PPC campaigns, SEO and SEM strategies, analyzing performance metrics, optimizing marketing campaigns, and managing budgets. The role also involves collaborating with the creative team to create engaging ads and content, as well as conducting market research to identify new opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing strategies across channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic, and Affiliate Marketing. Plan and execute paid campaigns including search, display, video, shopping, retargeting, and social media advertising. Optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs CTR, CPC, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates. Perform A/B testing for ads, creatives, and landing pages to maximize performance. Collaborate with the design, content, and product teams to create compelling ad creatives and optimize user journeys. Monitor campaign performance through analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, Data Studio, etc.) and prepare detailed performance reports. Manage budgets effectively , ensuring maximum ROI and optimal allocation across channels. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and performance media. Work closely with the sales and business teams to align campaigns with overall business objectives. Campaign Management : End-to-end ownership of paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping), Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic, and Affiliate platforms. Manage campaign structure, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, ad scheduling, and geo-targeting . Optimize campaigns towards CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion goals using advanced bid strategies (tCPA, tROAS, automated bidding). Tracking & Attribution: Set up and manage conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and server-side tracking. Implement and monitor UTM parameters and campaign tagging for accurate attribution. Experience with multi-touch attribution models and tools like Google Analytics 4, Adjust, AppsFlyer, or Mixpanel. Analytics & Attributes: Build custom dashboards in Google Data Studio / Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau for real-time performance tracking. Conduct funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and churn analysis to improve performance outcomes. Use SQL/Excel/Google Sheets for advanced data analysis and reporting. Optimisation & Experimentation: Conduct A/B and multivariate testing on ad copies, creatives, CTAs, landing pages, and audience cohorts. Implement audience retargeting, lookalike modeling, and advanced remarketing strategies. Leverage automation scripts and rules in Google Ads/Facebook Ads to optimize budgets and bids. Budget & Scaling: Manage monthly budgets of INR [insert range]/USD [insert range] , ensuring optimal allocation across campaigns. Identify scaling opportunities without compromising ROAS or CAC benchmarks. Work closely with product and sales teams to align performance campaigns with revenue targets .
