Company: Comfort Click https://www.comfortclick.co.uk/ Job role: We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager with deep expertise in running paid ad campaigns for D2C websites with the goal of driving revenue. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of eCommerce customer journeys, full-funnel marketing, and the ability to scale performance across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Email Marketing. You must have a track record of building and optimizing campaigns that drive quality traffic, conversions, and revenue — not just leads or app installs. Experience in handling high-budget campaigns, leading small teams, and collaborating across departments is essential. Responsibilities: Own end-to-end performance marketing strategy for D2C eCommerce website – from planning to execution across paid channels. Run and scale high-ROI Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) focused on revenue generation, not just traffic or leads. Lead Meta Ads campaigns for full-funnel growth – acquisition, retargeting, and retention. Drive conversion and revenue from website traffic, ensuring ad-to-checkout performance is continuously optimized. Manage and optimize product feed for Shopping Ads, working closely with developers and catalogue teams. Plan and execute email marketing automation flows using Klaviyo/Mailchimp to boost LTV and repeat sales. Oversee SEO strategy – coordinate with tech/content teams for on-page, off-page, and technical SEO improvements. Set up and monitor campaign tracking using GA4, GTM, and performance dashboards to measure ROAS, CAC, AOV, CVR, and more. Continuously A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, targeting, and offers to maximize performance. Analyze campaign data and user behavior to uncover insights and improve paid + organic strategies. Own monthly revenue goals from performance marketing with clear attribution and ROI measurement. Manage and mentor a small performance marketing team (2+ members), reviewing execution and building team capabilities. Collaborate with creative, product, tech, and eCom teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and landing page alignment. Negotiate and manage media spends effectively, maintaining performance benchmarks and scaling winning campaigns. Keep up with platform algorithm updates and industry trends, applying changes swiftly for continuous growth. Qualification: 8–12 years of experience in performance marketing for D2C eCommerce websites. Proven success in running campaigns that generate revenue directly via websites. Deep hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) and Meta Ads. Strong understanding of email marketing, customer segmentation, and retention strategies. Working knowledge of SEO and organic traffic building. Experience in managing teams, working with creative teams, and collaborating cross-functionally.
